Greasing Her Palms is a relatively early quest that you can complete in Arc Raiders. It's given to you by Celeste and requires you to visit three separate maps: Dam Battlegrounds, Spaceport, and Buried City. When Celeste gives you the Greasing Her Palms quest, you'll also receive an item called the Dam Surveillance Key. This should automatically be given to ARC Raiders BluePrints you and placed in your inventory. If you look in your inventory and you don't see the Dam Surveillance Key, then it's likely that you accidentally went into a drop with it and then lost it at some point.
As far as we know, the key is given to every player who starts the Greasing Her Palms quest. However, some players online have stated they don't have the key and never did. If you happen to have misplaced the Dam Surveillance Key, then you'll have to loot for it around the Dam Battlegrounds map. There's no easy answer about where to look for the key, as players have reported finding it in several different locations.
In any case, once you're sure you have the Dam Surveillance Key in your loadout, head into a drop on Dam Battlegrounds. On this map, you need to head to the Water Treatment Control location, which is found in the central part of the map.
At Water Treatment Control, go around to the south side of the building and enter through a locked door. There will likely be an Arc enemy or two inside, so dispatch of them quickly to avoid disturbances during the rest of your time on the map. After going through the locked door, take your first right and then quickly go around to the right again.
This will place you in front of a locked door that requires the Dam Surveillance Key. All you need to do from here is use the Dam Surveillance Key on the door to unlock the room, and your first objective in Greasing Her Palms will be complete. However, you'll definitely want to stay and look around, as there's a slew of high-quality loot inside the locked room.
Your next objective in Greasing Her Palms is to visit a "barricaded area" on the Buried City map. This area is located in the Space Travel building, situated next to the Research building. You'll find Space Travel in the red-lined rectangle next to the yellow-lined rectangle on the eastern side of Buried City.
When you get to the Space Travel building, you need to take the ziplines located inside the elevator shafts to reach the sixth floor. You can also take the stairs located around the building. Once you're on the sixth floor, head down the main hallway, and you'll find a door that's barricaded. Breach through the door, and the "objective complete" notification will appear on your screen.
For the final step of the Greasing Her Palms quest, you need to head to the Spaceport map in Arc Raiders. Fortunately, all you need to do for this step is head to the central part of the map. Specifically, go south of the Rocket Assembly location, which is located east of Launch Towers and just north of Control Tower A6.
South of Rocket Assembly, you'll see two rocket thrusters on the ground. Visit the rocket thruster on the southwestern side, head behind it on ARC Raiders Materials its south side, and stay there for roughly three to five seconds. After that, you'll see the "objective complete" notification appear on your screen. There's nothing to interact with, so stay still on the south side of the thruster until the notification appears.
