Melanie Rand Muller - Church Secretary

I was born in Easley, South Carolina, where I still reside.  I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art from Furman University in 1998.   As church secretary, I wear many hats and have many duties.  I enjoy being able to use my creativity to design many publications and marketing materials for the church.  Before coming to Mt. Airy in 2005, I worked as a freelance graphic designer.  I have two "children" - my cats Maggie, a Russian Blue, and Dominique, a tuxedo cat.

I have always been most impressed by those who stand up for their beliefs and aren't afraid to be individuals- especially Christians.  Therefore, one of my favorite verses has always been Romans 12:2: "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect."
